Laycock Street Theatre has wheelchair access and seating which can be booked directly through the box office on 4323 3233. A hearing loop for patrons' comfort is also available on request. This show is the perfect mix of outstanding musicianship, toetapping tunes, warm soulful singing, wit and good humour. But this is no museum piece, this is an orchestra of young, vibrant musicians. Allow yourself to be transported back to the speakeasies and ballrooms of the 1920s, where the only thing more suggestive than the lyrics is the rhythm. The play-list features the best of early twenties to modern takes on the dance orchestra. Moving to Australia in the mid ‘70s she starred in a string of musicals from A Chorus Line and West Side Story to Guys and Dolls with Anthony Warlow. Angela continues to tour Australia and New Zealand both as a singer and star of musical theatre.
